Collapsed Sewer Pipes and Collapsed Drains
Covering London and North West London we can get to you fast.
- Drains and sewers may crack due to ground movement, subsidence, tree root infiltration, or corrosion - or they may totally collapse. The result is a structurally defective drain causing repeat blockages or leaks into the surrounding soil. This drainage problem is self explanatory. It cannot be confused with any other condition found whilst surveying. This condition is best isolated by surveying from any downstream chamber; this allows a physical distance to be recorded for the excavational repair. A pipe is deemed to be collapsed when more than 50% of its diameter is obstructed by broken pipe.
What we do:
CCTV survey to identify waste line is collapsed.
Measure the length and depth of the area needing repair.
Dig up the isolated area.
Repair the broken pipe.
Replace ground back to its original state.
